As a Sr Oracle Cloud HCM – Techno functional Consultant at International Solutions Group, Inc., you will play a critical role in driving the success of our clients by leveraging your expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM to deliver innovative solutions. Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, and Benefits
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementation, configuration, and support
• Technical skills in areas such as data migration, integration, and reporting
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Strong business acumen and understanding of HR processes and functions

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and support of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions for clients, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
• Conduct business requirements gathering and analysis to identify solutions and develop strategic plans for Oracle Cloud HCM implementation
• Configure and test Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, and Benefits
• Develop and deliver training programs for clients on Oracle Cloud HCM, ensuring successful adoption and usage
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, consulting, and support, to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Cloud HCM features, functionality, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in client solutions
