Requirements:

• Proficiency in data entry software and tools, with strong technical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in a team environment and collaborating with colleagues
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and payroll processes, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures
• High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in a related field preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Enter data into computer systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of information
• Verify and validate data to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Process and maintain payroll records, including employee data, benefits, and compensation
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to data entry and payroll processing
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather and process data, and provide support as needed
• Analyze and identify trends and areas for improvement in data entry processes, and recommend solutions to management
