Description

  • 3+ years of QA testing experience.
  • Experience testing Web Applications, Microsoft CRM, and Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong understanding of QA processes, STLC, and SDLC.
  • Experience coordinating with downstream teams for integration testing.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end validations under tight schedules, from requirement inception to production.
  • Experience with test management tools such as Azure, QC, or Jira, along with strong defect management expertise.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with clients, developers, and stakeholders.
  • Quick learner and self-starter, able to work independently in dynamic environments.
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automation scripts into DevOps workflows (preferred).
