Requirements:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++, with a strong foundation in data structures and algorithms
• Experience with software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum, and version control systems like Git
• Strong understanding of database management systems, including design, development, and optimization
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Adaptability, with a willingness to learn new technologies and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the development team in designing, developing, and deploying software applications that meet business requirements and industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and design, to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and user manuals
• Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and provide feedback to team members to improve overall code quality
• Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure efficient and effective development processes
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve the development process and product offerings
