# Structural Engineer

Location: Naperville, IL (On-Site)

Salary: $100,000 – $125,000 (DOE) | Full-Time

Eligibility: US Citizens / GC Holders Only

Experience: 2–10 Years

### ????Role Overview

We are seeking a **Structural Engineer** to join our client’s team. This is a **hands-on position** responsible for design, technical analysis, and project coordination for a variety of building and infrastructure projects. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and project teams to deliver **safe, efficient, and cost-effective structural solutions** from concept through construction completion.

### ???? Key Responsibilities

* Perform **structural analysis, design, and calculations** for assigned projects

* Prepare **drawings, specifications, and cost estimates**

* Review **shop drawings**, respond to RFIs, and support construction administration

* Conduct **site visits and inspections** to ensure compliance & quality

* Collaborate with **architects, designers, and contractors** on project delivery

* Support **full project lifecycle** from proposals through construction completion

### ✅ Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in **Civil/Structural Engineering** (or related field)

* Proficiency in **AutoCAD** and/or **Revit**

* Strong background in **structural design and evaluation**

* Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

* Ability to manage tasks independently & work collaboratively

### ⭐Preferred Qualifications

* Licensed **Structural Engineer (SE)** or actively pursuing licensure

* Experience preparing **design packages** for commercial/industrial projects

* Prior field experience conducting **structural inspections**
