# Commercial Loan Officer (VSV-JOB-1080)

Location: Fort Collins, CO – On-Site | Full-Time

Salary Range: $85,000 – $105,000 Annually

Eligibility: Only **U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders**

### Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced **Commercial Loan Officer** to solicit, develop, and service a wide range of commercial loans. The ideal candidate will work closely with members, referral sources, and internal teams to achieve lending goals, while delivering excellent service and maintaining compliance.

### Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve lending targets.

* Represent the credit union in the business community and build relationships.

* Maintain expert knowledge of commercial loan products and regulations.

* Solicit and process applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

* Act as the main point of contact for members during the loan process.

* Actively manage and grow a portfolio of commercial accounts.

* Cross-sell additional financial products and services.

* Ensure compliance with all credit union policies and federal regulations.

### Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

* 3–5 years of experience in commercial/business lending.

* Proven record in sales, portfolio growth, and meeting production goals.

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

* Strong understanding of compliance and risk management in lending.
