### ???? **About the Role**

Join Bridgestone Americas as a **Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician** supporting a high-volume tire manufacturing plant. You will ensure equipment reliability, partner with engineers, and perform preventive & corrective maintenance in a 24/7 production environment.

### ????️ **Key Responsibilities**

* Follow and promote *all company safety protocols** (VPP site – Safety First).

* Perform preventive & corrective maintenance on **industrial equipment, conveyors, and processing systems**.

* Troubleshoot PLC systems (Allen Bradley preferred), networking (EtherNet/IP, ControlNet), AC drives, motors, sensors, and instruments.

* Use CMMS to record maintenance activities.

* Read and interpret **blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals**.

* Support **automation, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems**.

* Participate in equipment installation, testing, and release with engineering teams.

### ✅ **Required Qualifications**

* Multi-Craft qualified: **Electrical + Mechanical + Electronics**.

* 5+ years industrial maintenance experience (or 3+ years + Associate’s degree).

* Comfortable with **12-hour rotating shifts** (Modified DuPont schedule).

### ⭐ **Preferred Qualifications**

* Allen Bradley PLC programming experience.

* Familiarity with **480-volt, 3-phase motors, hydraulics & pneumatics**.

* Prior experience in manufacturing or process industry environment.
