### **???? Position Summary**

As **Maintenance Unit Supervisor**, you will lead a union crew of electricians and mechanics on **12-hour rotating shifts**, ensuring safety, reliability, and cost efficiency. You will act as the technical troubleshooter, apply root cause analysis, and collaborate with management to achieve performance goals.

### **???? Key Responsibilities**

✅ Supervise & guide mechanical/electrical crafts for maintenance activities

✅ Lead planned/unplanned maintenance to hit department KPIs

✅ Foster a strong safety culture & conduct job-specific safety reviews

✅ Assign & prioritize work fairly based on critical needs

✅ Manage crew schedules (absences/vacations) & ensure coverage

✅ Perform root cause analysis to maintain or restore production

✅ Train & upskill crew members for technical development

### **???? Qualifications**

**Required:**

* ???? High School Diploma / GED (accredited institution)

* ???? 3+ years hands-on maintenance experience

* ????‍???? 2+ years supervisory experience (with direct reports)

* ???? US Work Authorization (No sponsorship available)

**Preferred:**

* ???? Supervisory experience in manufacturing environment

* ???? Familiarity with union environments & labor agreements
