### Position Overview

The **Quality Control Manager** will lead daily QC operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, supervising technicians, and collaborating with engineers/project managers to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.

### Key Responsibilities

* Oversee daily quality control operations and testing.

* Inspect and evaluate construction materials for compliance.

* Supervise and train QC technicians.

* Maintain and review quality documentation/records.

* Conduct audits and implement improvement initiatives.

* Collaborate with engineers and project managers on quality issues.

* Uphold safety and compliance standards.

### Qualifications

✅ Required:

* Strong knowledge of asphalt, concrete, and pavement materials.

* Hands-on experience with QC practices, inspections, and audits.

* Ability to prepare and review technical documentation.

* Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
