### About the Role

We are seeking an experienced **Tax Manager** to join a growing, client-focused accounting firm. This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in a **collaborative, fast-paced environment** and is passionate about delivering exceptional client service.

You will lead **tax engagements**, review and manage compliance deliverables, mentor junior staff, and support firm growth initiatives through innovation and client relationship building.

### Key Responsibilities

* Manage and review **individual, corporate, partnership, estate, gift, and nonprofit tax returns**.

* Lead engagement teams, oversee deliverables, and ensure timely completion of assignments.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.

* Monitor changes in tax laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance.

* Identify opportunities to expand services and support business development efforts.

* Mentor and train staff, providing feedback and supporting professional growth.

### Requirements

✅ Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting (Master’s preferred).

✅ Experience: 5+ years of public accounting experience in a similar tax role.

✅ CPA license or active candidacy strongly preferred.

✅ Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.

✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

✅ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

✅ Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
