### Key Responsibilities

* Manage personal injury and civil litigation cases from intake through resolution.

* Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial documents.

* Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships, guiding them through the legal process.

* Collaborate with the firm’s attorneys and paralegals to develop case strategy.

* (Preferred) Take cases through **trial and verdict** for commercial policy cases and defendants.

### Required Qualifications

✅ Active Nevada Bar license (mandatory).

✅ 2–3+ years of litigation experience (personal injury/trial experience strongly preferred).

✅ Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.

✅ Ability to manage cases independently while contributing to team strategy.

✅ Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred, not required).
