### **Key Responsibilities**
* Prepare, review, and approve bankruptcy pleadings.
* Manage bankruptcy matters including Proof of Claims, Motions for Relief, Objections/Responses, Payment Change Notices, and Settlements.
* Handle adversary proceedings, mediations, depositions, telephonic and in-person hearings.
* Provide timely updates to clients and resolve case-related issues efficiently.
* Ensure all deadlines are met and documentation is accurate.

### **Required Qualifications**
* **Juris Doctorate (JD)** from an accredited law school.
* **Licensed and in good standing** with both the **Maryland and Virginia State Bars**.
* **0–3 years of bankruptcy law experience.**
* Reside in or be willing to relocate to Baltimore, MD or Alexandria, VA.
* Strong written/verbal communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to handle a high-volume caseload with attention to detail.
