*Position Summary*

The *Cath Lab RN* provides direct patient care in the *Cardiac Catheterization Lab, assisting with preparation, interventions, and recovery. This role requires **technical proficiency, critical thinking, and collaboration* with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe cardiovascular care.

* *Active Arizona RN License (or Compact State)*

* *BLS & ACLS Certification* (within 90 days of hire)

* *Cardiovascular & Critical Care Nursing* experience

* *Hemodynamic Monitoring & Patient Assessment*

* *Strong Documentation & Compliance Skills*

### *Key Responsibilities*

* Deliver patient care during *cardiac catheterizations, PCI, and pacemaker implants*.

* Assist with *stress testing, loop recorder implant, venous ablation*.

* Provide *pre- and post-procedure care*.

* Monitor patients’ hemodynamic status and intervene as needed.

* Document care accurately and maintain compliance with *AACN, CCI, and SICP standards*.

* Participate in *quality improvement and safety initiatives*.

### *Qualifications*

* *Required:* Associate’s Degree in Nursing, AZ RN License.

* *Preferred:* BSN/MSN, 1–2 years Cath Lab or Critical Care experience.

* *Certifications:* BLS, ACLS (within 90 days).

* *Skills:* Emergency response, critical thinking, patient advocacy.
