### ????Role Overview

The Head of Network Operations (NetOps) Analytics & Automation will lead the transformation of global network operations by leveraging advanced analytics, AI/ML-driven insights, and automation. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive roadmap to improve network reliability, efficiency, and performance while reducing operational risk.

You will manage a global team of engineers and analysts, delivering solutions in centralized reporting, observability, and self-healing automation.

### ????Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute a global analytics & automation strategy aligned with enterprise objectives

* Drive automation-first initiatives to minimize manual intervention and operational risk

* Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing global team

* Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and industry standards

* Define, track, and optimize KPIs & SLOs for network performance

* Collaborate with business, security, and engineering stakeholders

* Champion Agile, DevOps, and continuous improvement practices

### ✅ Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

* 15+ years in technology leadership roles

* Expertise in network automation, analytics, and AI/ML-driven automation

* Strong knowledge of:

 * Network protocols & technologies

 * Automation tools (Terraform, Itential, NetDevOps)

 * Observability platforms (Splunk, AI/ML)

 * Programming (Python, ReactJS, Django)

 * Databases** (MySQL, Redis)

* Proven track record of building and leading global teams

* Experience with custom application development & data science

* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

### ⭐Preferred Qualifications

* Agile/SCRUM experience

* Financial services industry or regulated environment background

* Knowledge of public/hybrid cloud networking
