* Maintain *capacity models* and long-term resource plans.

* Lead *cross-functional project teams* ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

* Manage *international manufacturing and sourcing coordination*.

* Ensure *quality and regulatory compliance* across all planning activities.

* *5+ years* in *food manufacturing production planning / supply chain* (mandatory)

* Experience with *ERP / integrated planning systems* (SAP, Oracle, or similar)

* Knowledge of *manufacturing workflows, procurement, and shift scheduling*

* Advanced *MS Excel & Office Suite* skills

* Strong *organizational and analytical capabilities*

* Excellent *verbal and written communication skills*

* Bachelor’s degree in *Supply Chain, Business, or related field* (Master’s preferred)

* Willingness to *travel up to 30 percent* (for VA plant visits)
