### ????Position Overview

The Quality Control Manager will oversee all daily QC operations, including inspection, testing, documentation, and compliance.

You’ll lead a team of technicians, collaborate with engineers, and maintain strict adherence to quality standards across multiple projects.

* Manage daily QC testing and inspection operations.

* Review and maintain quality documentation and audit records.

* Supervise and mentor QC Technicians.

* Ensure compliance with industry standards & project specifications.

* Implement continuous improvement and corrective actions.

* Collaborate with engineers & project managers to resolve QC issues.

* Promote safety, accuracy, and compliance culture on-site.

### ????Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

* Strong hands-on experience in asphalt, concrete, and pavement materials.

* Knowledge of QC inspections, documentation, and audits.

* Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred:

* ACI or related certifications.

* Prior experience managing QC teams in construction or engineering projects.
