A well-established engineering consultancy with decades of excellence in K-12, commercial, and municipal building projects is seeking an Electrical Engineer to lead design and delivery for major infrastructure developments across Virginia.

This is a hybrid leadership role offering a blend of design autonomy, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and professional growth within a supportive, innovation-driven environment.

### ⚙️Key Responsibilities

* Manage full-cycle electrical design — load calculations, layout drawings, and equipment selection.

* Prepare design documentation, specifications, and construction packages.

* Coordinate with mechanical, structural, and architectural disciplines.

* Ensure compliance with codes, budgets, and project schedules.

* Participate in client and project meetings to understand and define scope.

* Provide technical support during construction – RFIs, submittals, inspections, and commissioning.

### ????‍????Qualifications

* Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Required)

* 8+ Years experience in building electrical design (K-12, commercial, municipal, or government projects)

* Proficiency: AutoCAD & Revit

* Licenses: EIT (Virginia) – Required | PE – Preferred

* LEED Accreditation – Plus

* Excellent leadership and communication skills
