### ⚙ *Key Responsibilities*

* Serve as *lead technical engineer* or *Engineer of Record (EOR)* for roadway design projects.

* Oversee and assist in preparing *roadway plans, designs, and documentation*.

* Conduct *field reviews, **quality control checks*, and ensure compliance with FDOT standards.

* Mentor and guide junior engineers through technical and design development.

* Collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients to deliver top-quality outcomes.

* Support *marketing and business development* initiatives as needed.

### ????‍???? *Minimum Qualifications*

* *Professional Engineer (PE)* license in Florida (Required).

* *5+ years* of post-PE experience in roadway design and production.

* Strong understanding of *FDOT & AASHTO* design standards and criteria.

* Proficiency in *MicroStation* and/or *OpenRoads Designer (ORD)*.

* Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills.

* Strong leadership, organization, and mentoring abilities.
