### ????About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled Operations Supervisor to lead plant operations and ensure smooth, efficient, and safe production at a leading industrial facility in Middleton, TN.
This is a critical leadership role focused on team supervision, process improvement, and production quality.
### ⚙️Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to achieve production targets.
* Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
* Drive process optimization and equipment reliability initiatives.
* Collaborate with **maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to ensure workflow efficiency.
* Track production data, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions.
* Lead, train, and mentor plant staff to maintain high morale and performance.
### ????????Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering (or equivalent experience).
* 5+ years experience in industrial production or manufacturing — or 7+ years with a High School Diploma/GED.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
* Familiar with Operations Planning Systems (JD Edwards preferred).
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
### ???? Preferred Experience
* Engineering background in manufacturing or mining operations.
* Prior role as an Operations Supervisor or Production Lead.
* Proven record of improving operational efficiency and safety compliance.
