The primary responsibility of this role is to drive the sales of travel insurance

products through agency partnerships and grow the business.

This role requires an understanding of travel insurance products, strong

relationship-building skills, and the ability to grow and manage an agency

sales network, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain knowledge

of industry trends and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound/inbound calls with clients (mainly South India region).

• Communicate fluently in Kannada (mandatory), along with Hindi and

basic English.

• Maintain client records and updates in Excel and email.

• Provide accurate information, resolve basic queries, and escalate issues

if needed.

• Ensure professionalism and customer service orientation in every

interaction.

• Multi-language proficiency (Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu) will be an added

advantage.

Salary Bracket  2 - 3 LPA (as per market standards)
