### **Experience & Requirements**
* **Registered Nurse (RN) – California License** (active and valid at time of hire).
* **ICU experience required.**
* Minimum **5 years** of direct patient care experience.
* Minimum **4 years** in nursing leadership or management roles (with or without direct reports).
* **Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)** required.
* **Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration** preferred.
* Strong understanding of **critical care protocols**, quality assurance, and staff management.
