Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management
• Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles, including GAAP and financial reporting standards

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Manage and maintain general ledger accounts, including accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting, including bank statements and credit card accounts
• Develop and implement effective accounting procedures and controls to ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Collaborate with the accounting team to prepare and submit financial reports to management and external parties
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management to inform business decisions and drive growth
