We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and ensure efficient office functioning. You will be proactive, resourceful, and capable of handling multiple tasks with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to executives, managers, and team members.
Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital).
Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and conferences.
Perform general office duties such as scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
Support HR, accounting, or other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Detail-oriented and capable of working independently.
