Job Title: Associate Director / Program Manager – SAP Digital Transformation

Role Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Program Manager / Associate Director with over 15-19 years of experience in SAP Consulting, Program Management, and Digital Transformation, including good years of exp in SAP technologies (SAP HANA, SAP ECC, Cloud & On-prem environments). The ideal candidate will have a proven record of managing enterprise-scale SAP programs, leading cross-functional teams, and driving business transformation initiatives across global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead SAP digital transformation programs across multiple regions (EMEA, Middle East, APAC, U.S., Europe).

Manage end-to-end delivery of SAP engagements, ensuring on-time, high-quality deliverables aligned with client expectations.

Oversee Program Governance, Delivery Assurance, and Risk Management.

Handle Client Relationship Management, stakeholder communication, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Drive business development and presales activities, including RFP/RFI response management and solutioning.

Provide strategic consulting in SAP landscapes—covering HANA, ECC, FICO, VIM, IS-Automotive, and integration modules.

Define data migration and cutover strategies and ensure seamless transitions during go-live.

Guide master data governance strategies, process optimization, and system integration (OTC, P2P, ATR, RTR, MTO, MTS).

Manage Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process transformations and automation for procurement lifecycles.

Lead cross-functional global teams for implementation, rollout, and support projects.

Contribute to change management, training, and business enablement activities post go-live.

Required Skills & Expertise:

15+ years of SAP experience across implementation, migration, and transformation programs.

Strong knowledge in SAP FICO, VIM, IS-Automotive, Master Data, and Costing (Material Ledger, COPA).

Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations and integrations.

Deep understanding of SAP program delivery methodologies including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

Expertise in business process design and process optimization (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report).

Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar engagements and global delivery teams.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with presales, solutioning, and proposal management.
