### ✅ **Key Responsibilities**
????️ Perform bridge engineering design & structural analysis
???? Develop specs, cost estimates & bid documents
???????? Mentor junior engineers & review work
???? Work with multidisciplinary design teams
???? Conduct construction site visits
???? Support proposal prep & bridge inspections

### ???? **Required Qualifications**
???? BS in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
???? 1–5 years bridge design experience (NJDOT/NJTA/PennDOT preferred)
???? Strong knowledge of **AASHTO LRFD**
???? Tools: **AutoCAD, MicroStation, STAAD Pro** or similar
???? PE License (NJ/PA) or ability to obtain within 1–3 years
???? Valid driver’s license
????️ Good communication & multitasking
