Requirements:

• A strong foundation in medical sales, with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and its complexities
• Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on building relationships and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders
• Proficiency in sales software and technology, including CRM systems and sales analytics tools
• A strong network of contacts within the medical community, with the ability to leverage these relationships to drive business growth
• A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, biology, or healthcare administration, with a minimum of1 year of experience in medical sales

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, while expanding our customer base and increasing market share
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other medical staff, to promote our products and services
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to educate customers on the features and benefits of our products
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities
• Provide feedback and insights to internal stakeholders on customer needs, preferences, and pain points, using this information to inform product development and sales strategies
