Job Description – Full Stack Developer (React + Python)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js on the frontend and hands-on experience with Python on the backend. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, high-performance UI components using React.js, Redux/Context API, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Build and maintain backend services or APIs using Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask preferred).
• Design and implement clean, scalable, and secure application architecture.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Work closely with product, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Follow best practices in coding standards, testing, CI/CD, and DevOps workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7–8 years of full stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux/Context API, Hooks, Webpack, etc.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind/Bootstrap/SASS.
• Hands-on experience with Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask).
• Experience building RESTful APIs and working with JSON-based integrations.
• Good understanding of databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized deployments.
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, PyTest, etc.).
• Understanding of performance optimization and security best practices.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
