Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
• Proficiency in construction management software, such as Procore, Autodesk, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with quality control processes, safety protocols, and environmental regulations

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with plans and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues, address concerns, and facilitate communication
• Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• Collaborate with the design team to review and finalize plans, specifications, and estimates
• Manage and maintain accurate records of project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, develop contingency plans, and implement corrective actions as needed
