Job Description:

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Developers to join our Hyderabad-based GCC team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and working knowledge of CSM or SPM modules.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB)
• Experience in CSM (Customer Service Management) OR SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)
• ServiceNow scripting experience:
• Business Rules
• Client Scripts
• Script Includes
• UI Policies
• REST/SOAP integrations with third-party systems
• Service Portal customization and workflows
• Experience with ACLs, Notifications, and Catalog Items

Good to Have:

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS – ITSM/CSM/SPM)
• Experience working in GCC or large enterprise environments
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications
• Implement ITSM processes aligned with business requirements
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
• Perform unit testing and support UAT activities
• Provide production support and issue resolution
