QA Specialist- Replenishment Modernization 

Department: Supply Chain Technology / OMS QA 

Role Overview 

We seek an experienced QA with deep expertise in RELEX to drive quality assurance for our Order Management System (OMS) and replenishment modernization initiative. This role will define testing strategies, automation efforts, and ensure performance excellence during the transition from Symphony Gold to RELEX. 

Key Responsibilities 

Quality Assurance & Testing 

• Manage functional, integration, regression, and performance testing for OMS and RELEX. 
• Validate data integrity, forecasting accuracy, and replenishment workflows end-to-end. 
• Drive adoption of test automation across OMS and RELEX modules. 
• Analyze performance metrics and recommend optimizations. 

CI/CD & Automation 

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions). 
• Maintain and enhance automation frameworks for API, UI, and data validation. 

Defect & Risk Management 

• Oversee defect lifecycle in JIRA. 
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies. 

Continuous Improvement 

• Collect QA metrics and reporting to leadership for visibility. 
• Improve QA processes and tools for efficiency and scalability. 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 
• Experience: 3+ years in QA testing. 
• Expert-level knowledge of RELEX (configuration, workflows, forecasting, replenishment). 
• Strong background in OMS and supply chain processes. 
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and data validation; familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices; experience with Postman. 
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience with RELEX in replenishment and order processes. 
• Knowledge of Symphony Gold or similar B2B applications. 
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). 
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and QA best practices.
