About the Role

We are seeking a Passionate Graphics Designer Cum Videographer with a strong foundation in visual design and a pioneering, AI-first mindset. This unique role requires a creative professional who can seamlessly blend traditional design skills with advanced generative AI tools to rapidly produce high-quality, engaging digital content. You will be instrumental in designing compelling features, creating effective digital ad campaigns, and developing core visual assets to promote our innovative products.

Creative Design & Advertising

• Design and create visually appealing features, product imagery, and creative digital advertisements across various platforms.
• Develop high-impact Product Ads and CRM Images.
• Create short, engaging animated content and videos, leveraging both traditional and AI-powered animation tools.
• Focus on ideation and development of product use cases to create attractive, relevant, and supportive digital images and videos

AI-First Enablement & Innovation

• Lead the charge in AI design enablement, actively exploring, testing, and integrating the latest AI tools into the creative workflow.
• Utilize generative AI platforms to rapidly generate, enhance, and optimize the creative design process.
• Establish an AI-first experience by creating robust visual templates and guidelines for consistent, scalable content creation.
• Stay current with emerging technologies in the generative AI space, specifically tools like Google Studio, Whisk, VEO 3, and Sora.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven Graphic Design & Videography Experience: A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in digital design, advertising creatives, and video production.
• Expert Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:
• Photoshop (Advanced image editing and manipulation)
• After Effects (Motion graphics and animation)
• Premiere Pro (Video editing and post-production)
• AI Design Expertise (A Must-Have): Hands-on experience with generative AI tools for image creation, animation, and video production.

Work Days:- 5 Days Working (Mon To Fri)

Working Hours:- 9:30 Hrs Daily

Bond :- 1 Year & 6 Months
