About Yoon

Yoon is a mobile collaboration platform for film and creative professionals.

We are designing an ecosystem that helps creatives:

* Build better teams

* Reduce coordination friction

* Collaborate in alignment

Yoon combines structured profiles, intelligent matching, collaboration tools, and a reflection layer into one interconnected system.

The Architecture

Yoon consists of three deeply interconnected layers:

1. Role-Based Collaboration System (Projects)

2. Alignment-Driven Matching Engine (Rule-based + AI)

3. Structured Reflection Layer (Studio)

This requires a Developer Who:

* Thinks in systems, not isolated features

* Takes ownership of architecture and long-term decisions

* Anticipates technical and behavioral consequences

* Designs scalable Firestore data models

* Implements secure role-based permissions properly

* Understands backend validation and production security

* Can integrate LLMs responsibly and securely in production

* Is comfortable debugging real production issues

* Can manage Flutter deployment on iOS & Android

Technical Requirements

* Strong Flutter experience (production apps)

* Firebase experience (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions)

* Experience designing complex Firestore schemas

* Understanding of access control & role-based permissions

* Experience implementing subscription gating

* Experience with AI APIs (OpenAI or similar)

* Familiarity with embeddings / semantic search

* Understanding of backend security best practices

* Experience maintaining apps in production
