Role Summary

Experienced Technology Consulting professional with practical experience in CRM implementation in a Bank or other Financial Services organization.

Strong understanding of CRM platforms and their integration with enterprise systems, along with expertise in API management, data modeling, middleware, and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

1. CRM Solution & Functional Expertise

• Understand the CRM solution, lifecycle, and the functional journeys.

• Domain expertise in CRM within the Banking space.

• Microsoft Dynamics / Zoho CRM / Salesforce experience is preferred.

2. Technical Discovery & Architecture

• Lead the technical discovery and assessment of current systems, data flows, and integration points.

• Define the target CRM architecture, including:

• Data models
• 
  
• APIs
• 
  
• Middleware
• 
  
• Security layers
• Plan integration with:
• 
  
• Core banking systems
• 
  
• Digital channels

• Analytics platforms

3. Business & IT Collaboration

• Collaborate with business, IT, compliance, and vendor teams to align CRM goals with enterprise strategy.

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution blueprints.

• Oversee end-to-end program lifecycle.

4. Data Management & Migration

• Assess data quality, structure, and governance for CRM readiness.

• Define data exchange protocols, synchronization frequency, and error-handling mechanisms.

• Define data migration strategy, including:

5. Compliance, Security & Governance

• Ensure CRM architecture complies with banking regulations.
