Requirements:

• 1–2 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in the IT services or technology sector.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean search techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset to work closely with cross‑functional teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop role profiles, and create attractive job postings.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using a variety of channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
• Conduct initial interviews, assess candidate fit, and coordinate subsequent interview stages with the interview panel.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS, ensuring timely updates and clear communication throughout the hiring process.
• Provide a positive candidate experience by delivering prompt feedback, managing expectations, and representing CRED IT Solutions’ employer brand.
• Track recruitment metrics, generate reports, and suggest improvements to enhance hiring efficiency and quality.
• Stay current with industry trends, talent market insights, and best practices to continuously refine sourcing strategies.
