Job Title: Senior Analyst, Synchronized Planning – Digital Products & Analytics

Reporting To: Manager – Synchronized Planning (Digital Products)

Location: Bangalore, India

Travel Requirement: 10 percent

Key Responsibilities

1. Planning Digital Product Enablement

· Support design, governance, and enhancement of synchronized planning data models (demand, supply, inventory, replenishment, exceptions) aligned with global standards

· Partner with stakeholders to understand planning workflows (forecasting, constrained supply, deployment, service trade-offs) and translate them into data product requirements

· Recommend and shape new features for planning analytics solutions, ensuring alignment across global and regional teams

2. Data Readiness, Modeling & Analytics

· Perform data sourcing, cleansing, profiling, and validation to support planning analytics and dashboards

· Contribute to data design and sourcing strategies to improve end-to-end visibility and decision-making

· Apply data modeling concepts (star/snowflake schemas) to enhance scalability and performance

3. Governance, Risk & Continuous Improvement

· Conduct risk and impact assessments and communicate implications to stakeholders

· Analyze data flows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities

· Maintain documentation for synchronized planning digital products

· Collaborate with data management teams to ensure data quality and monitoring frameworks

· Participate in governance initiatives to improve data quality and adoption

 

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree

· 6–8 years of experience in supply chain, master data, operations, analytics, or related areas

· Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and analytics

· Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills

· Advanced SQL skills; strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Knowledge of data modeling concepts (star and snowflake schemas)

· Ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly

Preferred Qualifications

· Master’s or PhD in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Operations, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related fields

· Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or Databricks

· Experience working in Agile environments and digital product delivery models
