Role: Senior Ruby Engineer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Ruby Engineer who will play a key role in building and scaling a modern, user-facing platform. The candidate will be responsible for owning features end-to-end, contributing to architecture decisions, and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and deliver complex full-stack features using Ruby on Rails and React
• Maintain high code quality through reviews and best practices
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
• Contribute to system design and architectural decisions
• Ensure production stability and provide support

Core Skills Required:

• 7+ years of experience in Ruby with strong expertise in Ruby on Rails
• Solid understanding of full-stack web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience with databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, or Heroku)
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Good to Have:

• Advanced React and design systems knowledge
• Experience with Node.js, TypeScript
• Familiarity with Redis, Docker, and performance optimization
• Agile/Scrum experience
