We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Experience Manager with 3–5 years of experience in the staffing/recruitment industry, preferably supporting GCC (Global Capability Center) clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales exposure, field sales experience, and excellent relationship management skills. This role involves working closely with senior stakeholders and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction across staffing services.

Requirements:

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer experience strategies for GCC clients
• Identify and drive new business opportunities within existing and new accounts
• Build long-term account growth plans aligned with revenue goals
• Analyze client feedback and market trends to improve service offerings
• Optimize internal processes for efficient staffing delivery

2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for GCC clients
• Build strong relationships with HR Heads, TA Directors, and business leaders
• Conduct regular client meetings, reviews, and field visits
• Understand hiring requirements and align internal teams accordingly
• Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and engagement
• Handle escalations and ensure quick resolution

3. Collaboration with Delivery & Recruitment Teams

• Work closely with recruitment teams for timely hiring fulfillment
• Share real-time updates on client expectations and priorities
• Track delivery metrics and identify potential delays
• Ensure recruiters clearly understand role requirements and client expectations
• Support workforce planning for bulk and niche hiring

4. Internal & Client Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Contracts, and Leadership teams
• Manage proposals, commercials, contracts, and compliance
• Ensure accurate reporting of pipeline, revenue, and invoicing
• Support onboarding and post-joining processes
• Coordinate with marketing for client presentations and decks

5. Sales & Business Development

• Manage end-to-end B2B sales lifecycle:Lead generation
• Client meetings
• Requirement gathering
• Proposal submission
• Negotiation & closure
• Achieve revenue targets and business growth goals
• Maintain CRM updates and sales reporting
