Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates pursuing graduation (including distance BA) are eligible

MBA is not needed.

Strong spoken English skills are essential

Requirements:

Must have own laptop and stable internet connection

Mobile expenses for calling purposes will be reimbursed

Internship Highlights:

The selected candidate will receive hands-on training directly from the Head HR on:

Understanding business requirements and Job Description (JD)

Use of AI in the recruitment process

Core recruitment practices

Vendor management

Use of project management tools in recruitment

Employee engagement initiatives

The internship will be structured as 90 percent recruitment-focused training and 10% operations exposure, based on business requirements.

Upon successful completion, the intern will be provided with:
