Requirements:

• 1 to 4 years of experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast‑paced business services environment.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or Indeed.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to assess candidate qualifications, conduct effective interviews, and make data‑driven hiring decisions.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Partner with department heads to define hiring needs and develop detailed job specifications.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS, ensuring compliance with data privacy standards.
• Provide a positive candidate experience by delivering timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
• Analyze recruitment metrics, generate reports, and recommend improvements to enhance hiring efficiency.

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging sourcing techniques to continuously improve talent acquisition strategies.
