We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced L3 EMS Engineer to manage, administer, and support enterprise-grade monitoring infrastructure using OpenText Enterprise Monitoring Suite (EMS). The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting expertise, monitoring integration experience, and hands-on knowledge of enterprise monitoring tools and infrastructure environments.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with OpenText EMS tools – OBM, NNMi, SMAX, UCMDB, SiteScope & NA
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Monitoring, Event Management & Infrastructure Monitoring
• Experience in Linux & Windows administration environments
• Knowledge of SQL/PostgreSQL/Vertica databases
• Scripting knowledge in Shell, Perl, or Python
• Experience in monitoring integrations, automation & event forwarding

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and support enterprise monitoring infrastructure
• Configure dashboards, policies, topology mapping & monitoring solutions
• Troubleshoot monitoring, failover, integration, and performance issues
• Prepare monitoring reports, metrics & RCA documentation
