Job Summary

We are seeking highly skilled and passionate Java Full Stack Developers with strong expertise in modern backend and frontend technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Candidates should have strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and modern frontend frameworks such as React JS or Angular. Exposure to cloud technologies and the Banking/Financial Services domain will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java 8+ and Spring Boot.
• Build and implement Microservices-based architectures.
• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services for enterprise-grade applications.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and follow coding best practices.

Frontend Development

• Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using React JS or Angular (Version 11+).
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
• Optimize application performance and user experience.

Database Management

• Design and optimize database solutions using Oracle Database.
• Work with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, or similar technologies.
• Write efficient queries, stored procedures, and data models.

Collaboration & Agile Practices

• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and QA teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and technical innovation.

Mandatory Technical Skills
