Requirements:

• 4–8 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in creating detailed test plans, test cases, and defect reports using tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams and articulate findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience with SQL queries and basic scripting (e.g., Python, Bash) to validate data integrity.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and maintain UAT test plans and test cases based on functional specifications and business requirements.
• Execute UAT cycles, document results, and track defects through resolution, ensuring timely closure.
• Collaborate with product owners and developers to clarify requirements, reproduce issues, and validate fixes.
• Facilitate UAT walkthroughs and demo sessions with key business stakeholders.
• Provide clear and concise status reports, highlighting test coverage, defect trends, and risk assessments.
• Continuously improve testing processes by incorporating best practices, automation where feasible, and feedback from retrospectives.
