This involved replacement of the existing source system with new one for getting financial information related to Amex. This is for the first time User will have the flexibility to update the source data. Complex audit balancing has been implemented to check the source statistics after completing the initial load. If not matching then error in data load should be raised. We have developed balancing for Null checks of mandatory columns and data type validations and end of the day balancing that will check the total of each financial column and compare the same between the source system and target database.

Complex Fact Dimension model was created for the purpose of reporting. Dimension mappings were created with the Insert else Update Strategy. For this purpose Dynamic Lookups were used to allow for update and removing the duplicates value from source side.

Optimization was done at the source side to reduce the processing volume of GPM. This has resulted in one to two hours earlier delivery of the source files during the load run. Now overall source files are available to ETL team 1.5 to 2 hours earlier than it was prior.

This project is customize solution of content management system (CMS). Application is used to analyze the archeological data and store them into database as per category. Main logic behind the web application is to take raw data and upload data into Oracle database. Stored categorized structured data and fetch them as per requirement.
