This project is the subsystem of BSC and MSC for call billing. FIXS block is the part of AXE IO, which is mainly used to maintain the telecom hardware using SNMP and DHCP protocols. This block also collects the statistical call data for future maintenance.

Responsibilities:

* To design and develop the project in C++, according to the design specifications. Coordinate with the SCRUM teams and provide a better design solution.

Description

Designed a cloud-based solution that leverages AI to improve the user experience .The purpose of this project is to collect user games, hardware and software usage, to ultimately help AMD produce better hardware targeted at what our customers want to do with their systems. PPC collects data from different parts of the computer and stores in files periodically. Collected data is then pushed to "AWS S3 Bucket”. Based on the data collected in cloud, business reports are generated.

  • RealTimeSpeech: this component is a part of live monitoring module, where speech analytics are done on live calls. This phonetic based audio search on live and recorded calls is done by integrating with third party library.
  • EDService: this component is a core part in encryption module of Harmony product, where recorded calls are been encrypted and decrypted.

Responsibilities: * To develop call recording mechanism, where calls are recorded based on events received from SIP and CTI information. Implemented new product feature speech analytics tool (integrate with third party libraries), which performs phonetic based audio search on live and recorded calls.

* Implement mechanism to encrypt and decrypt recorded SIP calls.

* Capturing and processing of SIP dumps to fix call recording issues. Debug and fix bugs in code.

Tools and technologies used: C++, STL, SIP, RTP, VoIP, Wireshark, AurixAudioMiner (third party library), Winpcap library , Data Structures and MFC (basics).
