Responsibilities:

  • Develop an architectural plan for transforming the cloud platforms and solutions over time to simplify the architecture.
  • Design and discussion with the application team for HA/DR and cost Impact.
  • Add functionality and proofs-of-concept to drive architectural standards into the cloud product.
  • Responsible for Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) process implementation using VSTS and Git Repository.
  • Implementation of Infrastructure as Code (IAC) and automated deployments leveraging Azure Resource Manager Templates and DevOps.
  • Experience in secure deigned and deployment of Azure IaaS/PaaS service include IP restrictions, Azure Application Gateway, Conditional access, ASG/NSG etc.
  • Configuring Azure Active Directory Access for SaaS apps and MFA.
  • Create and Manage Azure Access Control Roles and Permissions to perform selected operations and control access for the Azure services.
  • Actively involved in configuration and provisioning of virtual machines, storage accounts, resource groups, Azure SQL Database, Azure Search, Azure Data Factory, Azure Service Bus, Traffic Manager, Load Balancing, and Application Gateways etc.

Description

Being in the client facing role I have been performing below activities;

  • Design, Develop, Test, Deploy and monitor the new changes to the application using DEVOPS/SDLC practices.
  • Modifying the existing functions/application to improve the performance or correct any defects.
  • Worked business technical analyst for the ERP.
  • Documented functions of the legacy ERP to be followed by the application users.
  • Worked closely with application end users to address their technical as well as functional issue while working on the legacy application or to fix any data inconstancy on the interfacing application. To integrate system with other application I was integration lead for the tier-1 legacy ERP.
  • Work closely with stake holders to establish problem specifications and system designs. In system migration provided the solutions for the data migration as well as explained exiting functionality of the current ERP to the new ERP system implementation.
  • Managing application development work by coordinating with the offshore team and addressing any functional/technical concerns from the team.
  • Creating new schedule or modifying existing schedule using CA7 scheduler
  • Perform platform system upgrades testing.
