Managed an international team of developers over a six-year period. Designed the technical architecture for a corporate, three-tiered object-oriented windows application that enabled EDS to effectively cost domestic, international and multi-national contracts. This tool was vital to maintaining EDS’ high ranking in the outsourcing space.
Developed and supervised the implementation of team development standards. Established standardized templates for deriving user requirements, writing business and technical designs, and conducting developer code reviews.
Defined and clarified client requirements, developed, tested and deployed application to 600+ users worldwide. Technical architecture consists of VB.Net, C#.Net, ASP.Net, XML, a SQL Server database, as well as SOAP calls to the intranet for application and data updates.
Established and maintained working relationships with end-users to trouble shoot issues and define future enhancements.
