ADP has the huge client base across the Insurance Services over 10 years. Our Data Analytic team took initiative on analyzing the big data. Below are the two core scenarios we designed

1. Client Retention: Determining the number of clients leaving/Cancelling per year in between the policy period using the factor Reason Code. This report will be used by the sales persons in ADP to further analysis to provide compensations under ADP Agency commission factor to the respective clients in order to retain them for a longer period of time.

2. Carrier Reports: Carriers are very much interested to know the top client who has been covered insurance for the long time with them. Assign a rank to each client based on the client's association with a carrier for more than one policy period.

SBS, Small Business Services providing mainly Insurance capabilities to the existing clients in the ADP. That means giving the value adds to the clients by providing them to get insured for the employees for a client. SBS act as an agency and takes care of creating a policy and interacting with the external systems like QBMS (Quote Binding Management Systems), Payroll and Carriers.

Mainly this project has Data Acquisition module which integrates with all ecosystems and gather the data into SBS. Validates QBMS policy against the Payroll and Carrier systems. After the validation steps, policy will be imported from staging schema to Production schema. Next step is to calculate the premiums based on the net rates for each SUI states against the class codes for each employee.
