Health Clinic is like having campaign for the product or brand at Customer Place like Doctor Clinic or Hospital, so Field force has been provided a system to plan the Activity and then Report the same where all the data is automatically imported from plan. Planning module and Reporting module are developed in terms of Apex and Visualforce

Doctor Dispensing module is used by Field force to Register Doctors, Hospitals for Dispensing, Punch Orders and the Orders flow through Series of Approvals depending upon the valuation of Order, Post Order Delivery i.e. to After the order is approved field force need to attach the receipts which again flow through Series of approvals and then finally the Order closes. The order had to go through exceptional series of approval which required to use the Apex customization.

Training APP is a mobile app for Field force to understand their Brand which they are to promote and sell. The APP is also used for Field Force to provide them training in terms of Quizzes, Survey etc. The CMS is built up to feed all this data to APP. The data resides in Salesforce like the images for Brand and the data for it. The storage of all these data is categorized basis some parameters required customization by Visual force pages and Apex controllers. We had to automate notification which required process builder and customization experience

SMS engine will be sending timely SMSes to TBMs, ABMs and ZBMs (Users) about the hygiene parameters and will help them not miss on important parameters and incentives. This will be a tool to motivate employees to chase targets or brands and a timely help to not let them miss out on their gains due to some key parameters.

These defects are analyzed and changes are made in Sandbox and then deployed to production so as to avoid such defects in future.

Responsibilities as Developer:

• Visualforce page and Apex controller to check for existing Account.
