iDeal is a front end system to capture the customer and order details and submit to the back end. IDeal also has capability to determine whether customer is eligible to subscribe the service or not by calling external system (BDMS). System has the capability to book appointments with various systems and inform the customer about the same. Customer and order details will printed to contract(standard contract from CG) and get the signature from user and submit the order to back end systems for further processing.
