SAART Web was designed to track and report billed results for AT&T’s business network
services. There are four main pieces of functionality within SAART Web: Customer, Position
(Personnel), Account and Results. Customer maintenance is used to create/retrieve/update
information relating to a specific customer. The customer is an AT&T client whose accounts are
managed by one or more of the AT&T sales force. Accounts are individual services available on
the customer’s bill. Results allow Branch Results Managers and other sales administrators to
retrieve the SAART month-end Standard Report, and to request and retrieve Standard Adhoc
Reports for the desired criteria.

United States. The Cancel Pend Recovery (CPR) application is a web-based application designed
to improve the save rate of cancel pend customers. The CPR application contains a list of all the
revenue producing customers who have requested to cancel the service line. The Prepay Letter
Management is used to send letters out to collect the prepay revenue. Prepay Letter
Management contains PLM Dashboard and PLM Proofing websites. PLM Dashboard used to set up
the prepay letters for each branch and send them out to the customers.
